The antiquarian part of the bookshop offers old books, old coins and banknotes, and stamps. The bookshop also engages in desktop publishing and has published books about the Counts of Celje. Antika Bookshop co-operates in organising the [[Slovene Book Days]] events and organises various literary evenings. To bring books at affordable prices to fans of literature the bookshop also organises an annual book market.

In 2019, the bookshop hosted FANFEST, the Slovenian festival of fantasy literature.
