Pro Plus Ltd is a television production company which runs two television channels, makes original Slovene TV programmes, acquires international programmes, and sells television advertising time. It is 96,85 per cent owned by Central European Media Enterprises (CME) and its Slovene partner.

Pro Plus Ltd produces two complementary television channels in Slovenia, Pop TV and Kanal A, the first and the third most-watched channels in the country respectively. It also produces the daily online 24ur.com news portal, the most visited media web page in Slovenia.

Pro Plus Ltd is a member of the Association of Commercial Television (ACT) in Europe.
