The [[Goriška Museum Library]] is situated in the [[Villa Bartolomei Museum Collection|Villa Bartolomei]] in Solkan. It was established in [[established::1954]] within the [[Goriška Museum]] as a highly specialised library with an important collection of exhibition catalogues, museology and museum publications, a large collection of Slovene and international professional periodical publications, and a collection of minority periodical publications concerning the Goriška region.

Audiovisual records are kept in the department for audiovisual documentation and the presentation of intangible cultural heritage. International lending is conducted via the [[National and University Library (NUK)]] in Ljubljana.
