MMC Pulsar is a part of M3C Multimedia Centres Network of Slovenia and serves the Gorenjska (Upper Carniola) region. It offers free Internet access and ICT equipment for educational purposes and non-profit multimeda and design projects. It also incorporates a small gallery space where exhibitions of photography and visual arts are organised. In recent years the wireless environment has been expanded over Škofja Loka and the use of Internet has been popularised. Several courses, workshops and lectures are organised in the lecture room as well as at the nearby club Rdeča ostriga Club. It also runs the regional multimedia portal Gorenjski.kulturnik.si.
