Named after [[Mile Klopčič]] (1905&ndash;1984), Slovene poet and translator, the [[Mile Klopčič Library, Zagorje ob Savi|Zagorje ob Savi Library]] was established in [[established::1945]]. It was relocated to [[Delavski dom Zagorje Cultural Centre]] in 1960. Today it runs branches in Kisovec and Izlake. As a prominent cultural and educational centre in the region, the library hosts an array of activities for library-goers of all ages. Children can take part in story-telling hours, creative workshops, quizzes, and courses in effectively using the available library resources, whereas literary evenings, author meetings, book clubs, and various lectures cater to adult members.
