The journal Problemi (Problems), a periodical for psychoanalytic theory and philosophy aimed at demanding readers, was launched in 1962 by the Society for Theoretical Psychoanalysis, Ljubljana. It was subsequently renamed Problemi-Razprave [Problems-Researches] in 1971, but has since reverted to its original name. Today the journal is published bimonthly and features theoretical texts, discussions, submissions by young authors and translations of foreign classical psychoanalytical and philosophical as well as contemporary theoretical works.

In connection with the journal, lectures given by foreign theoreticians are organised and their contributions are subsequently published in the journal. The journal is available in the article base The Philosopher's Index, a bibliography of scholarly research in philosophy. Every issue features abstracts in English. The publication can be ordered online on the website of the Society for Theoretical Psychoanalysis. Subscribers are also offered a 30 per cent discount on the Analecta book collection published by the Society for Theoretical Psychoanalysis.
