Breda Strum, an artist working across illustration, graphic book design, interior design and architecture participates at the exhibition ‘Art Connects Women’, that brings together women artists from around 112 countries, under the auspices of UNESCO and in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture of the United Arab Emirates. The theme of this year's exhibition was ‘Leave a Legacy’.

The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Abu Dhabi was established in 2018 when the first resident Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the Emirates was appointed.

The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Abu Dhabi is an official representative body of the Slovene Government in the United Arab Emirates, also covering Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). The embassy provides consular assistance and promotes bilateral political, economic, and cultural relations.
