    The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Beijing in the People's Republic of China is responsible also for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Mongolia, Thailand and Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

    In 2022 the fortieth anniversary of sister cities of Ljubljana and Chengdu and the thirtieth anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the countries were celebrated.
