The Union of Professors of the University of Maribor consists of representatives of 10 faculties of the University of Maribor, the Medical High School, the University of Maribor Library and four research and scientific organisations. It also incorporates the Supervision Board and the Board for University Code of Ethics. The Union informs its members about their rights, the latest news and changes relating to profession. It also organises regular meetings, club evenings, visits and excursions, plus a range of cultural and educational programmes.
