    An exhibition presenting the fully preserved library of Count Francesco Grisoni, prepared by the Srečko Vilhar Public Library, Koper-Capodistria, at Belgrade City Library in Belgrade, Serbia


The Srečko Vilhar Public Library performs the tasks of regional library for the Coast-Karst Region. It is a large institution with 1,328 square metres and seating provision for 93 readers. The library also has a mobile library service, a department for local information collection, a young readers department and an Italian language collection department.

It has three branches, in Markovec, Semedela and (as of 2017) in Ankaran. Several events (including fairy tale hours for children and lectures) are organised by the library, which also serves as headquarters for the Library Association of Primorska and Notranjska.
