"Ladislav Kondor: The Forgotten Cosmopolitan", the first international presentation of caricatures by Ladislav Kondor (1901-1963), a Slovenian autodidact and a world traveler, curated by Tamara Andrejek and co-organised by Pomurje Museum Murska Sobota. In cooperation with the Slovenian Cultural Centre in Berlin, Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin.

Opening of the exhibition "Lygophilia Aquatic Life - Lygophila Vodno Življenje" by artist and researcher Robertina Šebjanič, who in her work investigates the biological, geopolitical and cultural reality and the influence of humans on other organisms. The exhibition is held as part of the platform "More Than Human. Shaping After the Anthropocene" until 12. 1. 2025. Supported by SKICA Berlin, Slovenian Cultural Centre and Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin.

SloVision 2024: Between a Thriller and an Essay. Six fiction and documentary films were selected by Bernd Buder. Co-organised by Kino Sputnik, SKICA Berlin, Slovenian Cultural Centre at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin and the Slovenian Film Centre.
Cultural cooperation
The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on Cooperation in Culture was signed in 1994.
In 2004 the apartment in Berlin was set up as a part of Arts & Culture Residencies Programme for Slovene artists, writers, translators, curators, critics or producers who are selected via an annual open call of the Ministry of Culture. The Slovene Arts & Culture Residency, Berlin is managed by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin.
In 2009 the Scientific Center for Eastern and Southeastern Europe Regensburg opened a Slovenian reading room, Slowenischer Lesesaal, Regensburg, a valuable resource for the Slovenian diaspora and for people interested in Slovenian culture and language. It was established by the Ministry of Culture of Slovenia, represented by the National and University Library in Ljubljana, University Library Regensburg and the Institute for Southeastern Europe. The library ceased its activities in 2014.
The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Berlin and the consulates in Germany participate in organisation of a range of cultural events.
