The production house Filmogradnja was officially established in 2003 by a film actor Ludvik Bagari as institute for cultural activities. In 2004 Filmogradnja produced the feature film Norega se metek ogne [Bullets Miss the Fool], directed by Mitja Novljan. The film was shown in the competition programme of the 7th edition of Festival of Slovenian Film. In 2006 the film was presented at the European Film Market in Berlin, and at presentations of Slovene film in Bradford and in Budapest.
