The LIFFe-FIPRESCI Award is a special award presented by the international jury of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) at the annual Ljubljana International Film Festival (LIFFe). A three-member jury – appointed by the central office of FIPRESCI – bestows the award to the best film of the festival. Usually, but not necessarily, they tend to award young, emerging and enterprising film makers.
