Maribox film screening centre opened in 2017 in former Kolosej Maribor multi-cinema building on the left bank of the Drava River in Maribor. It has 10 cinema halls, 3 of them being 3D screenings halls and offers 10–15 film titles a day.
Background
In 2004 Kolosej Cinemas opened Kolosej Maribor in a new multiplex building in Maribor with ten cinema halls. Since 2006 Kolosej Maribor screened films at a 3D-hall. The building was taken over by Projektor d.d. and changed its name to Maribox in 2017.
