Murska Sobota Development Centre is a regional institution dedicated to enabling balanced economic, social, and cultural development in the Pomurje region and its administrative center, the city municipality of Murska Sobota. The center is helping local organizations with the implementation of various regional projects while encouraging sustainable use of resources, strengthening competitiveness of the economy and increasing the quality of life of all residents of Pomurje. Many of these projects involve cross-border cooperation with neighbour countries of Croatia, Austria and Italy, as well as with other European countries.
