Radovljica Festival is the oldest Slovenian festival of early music organised since 1982 by the Radovljica Early Music Society. It takes place every year in August in the Radovljica manor, the St. Peter's Church in Radovljica and the Church of Saint Mary of the Annunciation in Velesovo. The Society promotes the international interpretation of original Slovene music works, offering the best Slovene interpretations to other festivals in Europe. It also organises the Festival of Medieval and Renaissance Music in Ljubljana in cooperation with the French Cultural Institute Charles Nodier and the European Early Music Network (REMA).
