Sodobnost International Cultural Society Residency Programme was established in 2020 by Sodobnost International Cultural Society. It is located in the Črnuče district of Ljubljana. The residency aims to provide support and creative environment for publishing professionals, such as writers, illustrators, editors, translators and literary agents, who can focus on their work and familiarise themselves with the Slovenian literary scene. The duration of the residency extends from 1 week up to a maximum of 1 month and is open for all participants regardless of their personal characteristics. The candidates can apply through a year-round open call which can be found on the Sodobnost website.
