Villa Vipolže is a Renaissance villa in the village of Vipolže near the Slovenian-Italian border and is a cultural monument of national importance. The villa was originally a hunting lodge of the Counts of Gorizia and later belonged to several noble families, including the Herberstein, Della Torre, Attems, and Teuffenbach families. After a fire in 1948, the villa fell into decay until its renovation in 2013. Today, Villa Vipolže serves as a venue for various social and business events, as well as a diverse cultural programme, including art exhibitions, book presentations, concerts, cultural conferences, and more.
