[[Celje Youth Centre]] is a non-profit organisation registered as an institute for youth culture, education, information and sport. It offers a variety of events and activities: concerts (for example [[Jadranka Juras]], Let 3), exhibitions, theatre and dance performances, and creative workshops (dance, photography, film, journalism, language). It runs ''Etno Urban Fest'' in June (in 2009 with the bands [[LeeLooJamais]] and [[Čompe]]) and also organises the Mediafest Festival of Contemporary Music and Digital Art, featuring live acts and multimedia presentations, and the Stopin'ce Youth Literature Festival.

Celje Youth Centre is at once a venue and an organisation dealing with youth culture, education, information and sport. It hosts or sets up not only cultural events and activities (concerts, exhibitions, creative workshops, etc), but also organizes student exchanges, internships and various community oriented projects. It also runs an adjacent Youth Hostel and a café.


Since 2009, Celje Youth Centre is a member of the M3C Multimedia Centres Network of Slovenia.

Activities

It is very active in running various workshops and seminars, which deal with topics such as employment opportunities, start-up funding and also different arts and crafts.
