The current permanent displays include pst! Maribor 1941-1945 and Memorial to Maribor Industry – Industrial Maribor in 20th Century. The memorial sites in the region are the Pohorje Partisan Exhibition and the Zidanšek Pohorje Brigade Exhibition.
Since May 2012 the museum manages also the Museum of Photography in Maribor.
