ABAKKUM Piran Institute for Landscape, Culture and Art

ABAKKUM Piran Institute for Landscape, Culture and Art was founded by landscape architect Romana Kačič. Its goal is to enhance knowledge of the natural and cultural heritage of Piran Peninsula. It pursues this objective through different projects designed to spark curiosity and playfulness, connecting legends and fairytales with our present experience. Among the institute’s various projects there are guided tours and excursions, videos, sculptures and installations, various workshops and even unique board games.
