Archival article

The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Studies was established in 1994 by the University of Maribor to facilitate cooperation between the scientific and research spheres and the macroeconomic environment. Within the framework of the University of Maribor, the centre is the main organisation responsible for initiatives in the field of interdisciplinary research. Its 8 constituent institutes include 2 which are related to culture: the Institute for Music Information Science and the International Institute for Archival Science (IIAS).
