Launched in 2015, Grounded, a festival of electronic music, critical thinking and activism, took the theme Autonomy of migration. The second, 2018 edition, delves into a theme Intimacy in the age of artificial intelligence.

The festival takes place at Pritličje, Museum of Contemporary Art Metelkova (MSUM), Slovenian Cinematheque, or the Atrium of the Scientific Research Centre (ZRC SAZU), Slovene Academy of Science and Arts.
