The Nova Gorica branch office of the RTV Slovenia Regional Broadcasting Centre Koper-Capodistria is RTV Slovenia's correspondents' office. The studio was established in 1980 as one of the most technically advanced studios of that time Yugoslavia. Today it employs around 7 journalists and incorporates a studio which prepares a radio programme for Radio Koper with a focus on the border region of North Primorska and Goriška in western Slovenia.
