The Small Arts Platform, organised by the Emanat Institute since 2018 and hosted at Mladinsko Theatre, is an international festival of urban performance genres, including cabaret, queer burlesque, vaudeville, stand-up, clowning, improvisational theatre, and various unclassified hybrid forms. The festival brings together Slovenian and international artists, offering performances often described as "small" for their provocative content, social commentary, and appropriation of pop culture in a theatrical context, as well as talks, round tables, and workshops.
