The Small Arts Platform, organized by Emanat Institute and hosted at Mladinsko Theatre, is an international festival of urban performance genres, such as cabaret, queer burlesque, stand-up, clowning, improvisational theatre and various unclassified hybrid forms. The festival brings together Slovenian and international artists, offering a range of performances often labelled as "small" due to their titillating content, social commentary, provocation and appropriation of pop culture in the theatrical context.
