TiPovej Institute was founded in 1999 and is dedicated to fostering creativity, generating new ideas and promoting successful learning techniques. It organizes various workshops, training courses and consulting for schools, NGOs and companies, employing approaches such as experiential learning, creative problem-solving and active participation. In addition, it is also one of the creators of the digital platform Ljubljana City of Learning.
The institute was a partner in the Creative Europe project starting in 2019 under the title BITE – Introduction of new business model into European contemporary art operators to generate new young audience, in cooperation with partners from Serbia, Spain and Belgium, and the Young Dragons Public Institute.
