Tone Seliškar Library in Trbovlje is the largest library in the Zasavje region and takes its name after renowned Slovene author and teacher Tone Seliškar (1900–1969). Its collection comprises over 65,000 items including periodical titles and multimedia items.

An information centre, the library hosts a variety of educational and cultural events and activities, such as book and author presentations, literary evenings, story-telling hours, creative workshops, and book clubs. It features a reading room, a small gallery, and several computers with free internet access. To afford easier reading, visually impaired users can borrow magnifying glasses. In cooperation with the People's University of Zasavje, a point of lifelong learning is located and maintained in the library.
