Lifetime achievement awards
The first Vladimir Kralj Award for lifetime achievement went to Vasja Predan. In 2018 the award was bestowed to Lojze Smasek.
Special mentions
The 2016 recipient of the special mention was the theatre researcher Primož Jesenko for his publication on the experimental theatre in Slovenia in the 1950s and 60s. In 2018 the recipient was Amelija Kraigher for her research on the Dušan Jovanović's drama opus.
