[[KULT3000]] in Ljubljana opened in [[established::2013]] with an aim to promote culture, networking and cultural tourism. It is part of a growing network of similar information centres run by the [[Public Fund for Cultural Activities of the Republic of Slovenia]]. The venue in Ljubljana is located in the smallest house at the former barracks complex, called Vratarnica (Gatekeeper's house). It offers space for various events by the cultural producers located at Metelkova and animates the large outdoor area within the museum quarter. Its programme is being outlined together with the [[Ministry of Culture]], the owner of the venue.
