A plus A Gallery and Obalne galerije - Coastal Galleries coorganise the exhibition E-motion to cohabitat with the works by Marjetica Potrč, BridA, Kolektiva, Vesna Bukovec, Lada Cerar, and Metka Zupanič
The Coastal Galleries' exhibition programme combines review exhibitions of work by representatives of the middle generation of Slovene artists, individual exhibitions of work by young artists and retrospective exhibitions of work by leading artists from Primorska and Slovenia. By preapring of mostly group exhibitions Obalne galerije cooperate with other similar national and international institutions.
For many years the Coastal Galleries have also closely and actively followed international art trends by presenting work by leading foreign artists and organising well-established traditional events like the Forma Viva Open Air Stone Sculpture Collection, Seča, the Piran Days of Architecture and the Ex-tempore Piran - International Painting and Ceramics.
Concurrently with their dynamic exhibition activities, the Coastal Galleries are gradually forming art collections which directly reflect their programming concepts and are presented to the public in the form of occasional exhibitions, for example the collections Contemporary Slovene Visual Art after 1976, Awarded Works from the International Painters' Ex-tempore and Visual Artists from Primorska. The most known is Forma Viva Open Air Stone Sculpture Collection, Seča.

It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
