The Society for Textile and Fashion Design (SOTO) [Društvo za sodobno oblikovanje tekstilij in oblačil] was established in 2004. Its most significant project to date was the travelling exhibition entitled Any Sharp Objects? which presented 19 textile and fashion designers and won the Trend 2005 award for fashion design. It was shown in Arnheim and Zoetermeer (Netherlands), Luxembourg, Chicago and New York (USA), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Berlin (Germany), Helsinki (Finland) and Athens (Greece) in 2005-2007. SOTO also published the catalogue Any Sharp Objects? In 2007 the SOTO conceived the exhibition/installation Family Ties.
