BOB Institute for Education and Cultural Activities is a non-governmental organization founded in 2007 and dedicated to educational and cultural activities that empower young individuals to reach their full potential. Grounded in the concept of emancipatory and transformational learning and guided by central values of equality, sustainability, and solidarity, it works to improve the conditions of young people and the field of youth work. The Institute's diverse projects aim to empower migrant communities, raise awareness about climate justice, train educators about using theatre methods when addressing pressing topics, and more. The Institute also operates Youth Center Bob and LivadaLAB community space. In addition, it organizes the annual youth festival NEXTival.
