Cultural Society Manifest was established in 2011 and includes members from municipalities of Nova Gorica and Brda. The society actively organises cultural exchanges between Slovenian artists and international cultural institutions. It also prepares curated art exhibitions, often in international venues. It is the organiser of the ART CIRCLE International Visual Arts Festival and the art residency in Šempeter Studio.
