Filmska praksa PLAN 9 was established in 2004 with the aim of bringing up a production platform for low-budget film projects and the promotion of genre films in general. Since 2005 Filmska praksa PLAN 9 organises the Grossmann Fantastic Film and Wine Festival in Ljutomer.
