The GONG Gallery is an art gallery dedicated to presentation and promotion of high-quality international art production in the fields of photography, multimedia projects, architecture, and more. It is situated in Nova Gorica, near the Slovene-Italian border - its name actually combines abbreviations for the Italian town of Gorizia and the Slovene town of Nova Gorica. The gallery’s mission is also to foster intercultural dialogue among artists of different nationalities, particularly Slovenians, Italians and Austrians. Its exhibitions present both acclaimed and emerging talents.
