RADIO TEDNIK Ptuj Ltd is a media company that operates the Radio Ptuj radio station and the regional newspaper Štajerski tednik. Both media outlets report on events in the Lower Drava Valley while Štajerski tednik also covers the Prlekija region. Radio Ptuj began broadcasting in 1963, initially from Ptuj castle, whereas Štajerski tednik has an even longer tradition: it was established in 1948 under the name Naše delo. Both outlets maintain their online platforms as well.
