It gives special attention to new media and video art. The library holds a lot of publications from the regions of Central and Eastern Europe as well as Asia. The library also incorporates a videotheque, based in the SCCA-Ljubljana's ''[[Videodokument]]'' documentation project. The titles of the library collection are also available online.
