The Slowenischer Lesesaal (Slovene Reading Room) at the Steiermärkischen Landesbibliothek (Province of Styria Regional Library) was established in June 2013. The Slovene reading room is unique in Austria, and offers a collection of over 2000 units.

Events

The reading room is also a social and meeting place, where guest lectures, presentations, public readings, film events, and round tables take place. The vivid programme has featured several acclaimed artists, writers, and poets.
