Trajna society operates at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, and ecology. Its work focuses on regenerating urban nature, co-creating urban biodiversity, and strengthening ecological literacy within local communities and cultural practices.
The society is best known for curating the Creative Laboratory Krater, established on a rewilded former construction site in Ljubljana. The space hosts events including discussions, workshops, and experimental art projects. Trajna also promotes the creative reuse of invasive plant species, transforming them into materials such as Notweed paper and DIY furniture.
