The production agency and film distributor Arsmedia produces and co-produces feature, short and documentary films. It was founded in 1995 by Franci Zajc, a television producer with substantial experience, which he accumulated from producing acclaimed Slovene TV series such as Decameron (Dekameron) and feature films such as the classic Blossoms in Autumn (Cvetje v jeseni) since the late 1960s and all through to the mid-1990s.

In 2017, Zajc was given the Metod Badjura Award for his life achievements. Among them are more than 100 produced films, many of which have left a significant mark on the Slovene film scene. He has collaborated with a number of the most talented Slovene filmmakers (directors, cinematographers, scriptwriters, ...).


Feature films

Arsmedia filmography features a number of feature films, including the 1996 TV film Triptych of Agata Schwarzkobler (Triptih Agate Schwarzkobler), directed by Matjaž Klopčič; the 1995 Slovene and Austrian co-produced film Radio Doc, directed by Miran Zupanič and winner of the First Prize at the Festival of Slovenian Film; and the 1999 Dark Angels (Temni angeli usode), directed by Sašo Podgoršek.
