The Art Centre, Institute of Youth Culture, was established for the purpose of organisation and promotion of cultural activities in Kranj. As the most active NGO in the field of culture in Gorenjska region, it organises various concerts, theatre and dance shows, exhibitions, lectures, workshops, round tables and other events throughout the year. Its main projects include the Carniola Festival, the Classical Cycle programme, the Festival of Creative Guitar Players and the Youth Week.
