The Hrvatska kulturna udruga or Croatian Cultural Union organises programmes for the ethnic community of Croatians living in Slovenia, especially in the South Eastern Region. The Union organises regular Tribuna meetings with guest lecturers from Croatia related to culture, science, sociology, economy, gastronomy, tourism or politics. Its programme also includes publishing (it issues the Hrvatski vjesnik bulletin) and the organisation of exhibitions and concerts. Some cultural programmes are financially supported by the Ministry of Culture.
