The Ljubljana String Quartet appears regularly at concerts at home and abroad, presenting music from various periods, primarily by Slovene composers. Several of its recordings (Hugo Wolf, Beethoven, Brahms) have been released on CD. The Quartet also collaborates and records with other orchestras, for example on B Martinu’s Concert for a Quartet and the Orchestra, which was published by the Stradivari Records in the USA. The Ljubljana String Quartet received the Betetto Award in 1997.
