The Department of Film and Television of the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT) was founded in 1963. Student films produced by Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT). A short film "A Male" by Mina Bergant got the Audience Award.
at the International Student Film and Video Festival of Beijing Film Academy (ISFVF)
Students regularly present their work at festivals. The Department is a founding and active member of the Centre International de Liaison des Ecoles du Cinéma et Télévision (CILECT) and the Groupement Européennes des Ecoles du Cinéma et Télévision (GEECT). The school has been awarded several prizes for student films at various international festivals of student film, including Tel Aviv, Angers, Poitiers, Edinburgh, Oberhausen and Munich.
