Alongside regular film screenings, the ŠTUK Student Event Centre programme offers a variety of music and easy-living events: traditional "Balkan" parties, regional student clubs presenting local guest bands, student DJ-discotheques parties and fashion shows, but also alternative music evenings, house and techno music, hip hop and pop rock concerts with international guests. The centre also hosts theatre performances by students of the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT) of the University of Ljubljana during the annual Maribor Theatre Festival. ŠTUK Hall is also the main venue for student parties in Maribor.
