Run by Cerknica Municipality, Kulturni dom Cerknica incorporates a 203-seat hall with a 70 square-metre stage which was recently renovated and is now well equipped with sound and lightning equipment. The hall and other facilities may be rented. In the 2006-2007 season more than 100 events took place in the hall, including music concerts (Mia Žnidarič, Jadranka Juras, Čompe, Kal), theatre performances (Muzeum Institute, EPI Centre, OPS! Institute, Prešeren Theatre Kranj), local amateur shows and programmes for children.
