The Art Centre, Institute of Youth Culture, was established for the purpose of organisation and promotion of cultural activities in Kranj. This very active NGO in the field of culture with solid support in Gorenjska region organises various concerts, theatre and dance shows, exhibitions, lectures, workshops, round tables and other events throughout the year. Its main projects include the Carniola Festival, the Classical Cycle programme, the Festival of Creative Guitar Players and the Youth Week, all of them aimed at broader audience.
