Since 2003 the JEFF Festival has been organised in the old centre of the city of Koper. On summer Wednesdays music events of various genres of jazz, funk and ethno are set in the gardens of the Koper Regional Museum.

The JEFF edition 2014 features among international guests also Die Wiener Ziehharmoniker with Slovene guests, accordion players Janez Dovč, Jure Tori and Petra Trobec.
