History
The Quartet was established in the 1950s. Its members have remained constant since 1983, and comprise Monika Skalar (violin, who is also a professor at the Academy of Music), Karel Žužek (violin), Franc Avsenek (viola) and Stane Demšar ('cello), all of whom are members of the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra and Camerata Labacensis orchestra.
