The festival is produced by Pekarna Magdalena Network and takes place annually at [[Pekarna Cultural Centre]] in Maribor. The 2007 festival took place for the first time in three different venues ([[Satchmo Jazz Club, Maribor]], and Cantante Restaurant and [[Gustaf Hall, Pekarna]] in Pekarna), which brought more interest in the festival and increased attendance by almost 50 per cent in comparison with the first and second year. The 2007 festival took place for the first time in three different venues (Satchmo Jazz Club, Maribor, and Cantante Restaurant and Gustaf Hall, Pekarna in Pekarna), which brought more interest in the festival and increased attendance by almost 50 per cent in comparison with the first and second year.
